What I Believe
Anyone can manage a social media account, but it takes commitment, creativity and passion to do it well. Why is that important? Because social media is the life blood of the relationship between customer and company. Your brand’s digital voice is louder and more powerful than any TV ad or print materials could ever be. My passion is to work with you to find your #digitalvoice.
I am a digital storyteller and content creator helping passionate but overwhelmed start-ups and businesses design custom digital marketing strategies so they can achieve their current marketing goals and establish an infrastructure to build a successful business.
With over eight years of experience in the highly visual social media landscape, I have worked with a variety of clients, including George Washington University’s Business School, Lemonade Day DC, and Lost Rhino Brewery creating a social media strategy and capturing dynamic photo and video content. Prior to starting my own company, I worked at Rutgers University building a social media infrastructure and digital media department for their campus wide Recreation division. I also love adding social media advice as a contributing editor for Socialnomics.com which PC Magazine ranked as a Top 10 Social Media Blog. My passion comes from teaching organizations and individuals how to be creative on social media and find their digital voice.
My passion project turned into a community of young professionals is The Niche Movement. In the Spring 2015 I will be releasing my Kickstarter funded book The Niche Movement: The New Rules to Finding A Career You Love The Niche Movement: The New Rules to Finding A Career You Love. When I am not launching compelling social media strategies to engage twenty-something’s, I am helping this current generation find the work they love. My on-going goal is to end employment unhappiness for recent college graduates and young professionals.
I believe that the marketing of the future belongs to those that can tell a good story, and I work with each client to tell the unique story behind their brand, event or product. In the age of over-saturated markets I will tailor each project to the client's specific needs and personality. My goal is to produce art and stories that drive results for your organization.
